I come from a small Australian town called Dunedoo (yes, pronounced Dunny-Doo. Go ahead, have a chuckle).
I grew up on a beef cattle farm, and despite all my travels, it’s still the place I proudly call home. It’s probably where my love of fishing and baking comes from, two hobbies that still ground me no matter where I am in the world.
Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Diploma in Digital Marketing, I initially wasn’t sure where my career would take me. But during university, I was introduced to SEO—and something clicked.
Hi, I'm Caitlin
Over the years, I’ve worked with global brands like Women’s Health Magazine, E! Channel, PopSugar, and Business Insider, crafting content and strategies that resonate. But while those big names taught me invaluable lessons, my heart has always been with smaller businesses and the freedom to work on projects I’m truly passionate about.
Since then, I’ve built a career blending creativity with strategy, helping brands of all sizes grow their presence online.
But my office rarely looks the same for long. I’ve been living the digital nomad lifestyle, calling different corners of the world “home.” I’ve lived for a year each in Germany and Mexico, spent half a year in Canada, and explored over 42 countries (and counting). Whether it’s working from a cozy café in Lisbon or a sunlit balcony in Bali, I’m constantly chasing inspiration—and good Wi-Fi.
One of my favorite ways to share these experiences is through my weekly newsletter. It’s where I start with travel storytelling, sharing glimpses of my latest adventures, followed by the SEO and AI insights you need to know. Honestly, it’s often the travel stories that readers love most. If you’d like to stay updated on SEO trends and follow along with my travel stories, you can here.
If you’re looking for help getting more people to discover your business, feel free to ask for a free SEO audit —it’s the perfect first step to point you in the right direction.

This is a question I hear often, so I've written an entire blog post about it. The short answer is yes—but SEO is about much more than just the platform you choose.
